Consult the Exposanità 2026 Catalog, which will be available as soon as possible, with:

The list of companies present at the fair, constantly updated by the exhibitors’ secretariat with new registrations until the date of the event.
The products present at the fair; by clicking on the name of the product you are interested in, you can see the companies that will be exhibiting that product at the fair.

The printed Catalog-Guide to the event will be available to visitors free of charge at the entrance to the fair.

  • Ingresso e parcheggio per chi arriva in auto:

Le persone con disabilità che arrivano in auto e sono munite di regolare contrassegno per il parcheggio disabili possono entrare dal carraio: Ingresso Nord Ovest Calzoni (Via Alfredo Calzoni – Bologna) Google Maps e parcheggiare gratuitamente l’auto all’interno del quartiere fieristico nell’apposito spazio riservato, fino ad esaurimento posti (non è possibile prenotare il posto).

Il parcheggio si trova in prossimità del padiglione 16 dedicato agli ausili per la disabilità. In prossimità del parcheggio sarà attiva anche una biglietteria per il controllo o acquisto del biglietto d’ingresso e per registrare eventuali accompagnatori.

In December, it will be possible to purchase tickets at a reduced rate until the end of the event.

Tickets can be purchased at the ticket offices of the fair during the event.

 

Each ticket is valid for all three days of the event.

  • Entrance and parking for people who arrives with car

People with disabilities arriving by car with a valid disabled parking permit can enter via the Calzoni/Maserati Nord Ovest entrance (Via Alfredo Calzoni – Bologna) Google Maps and park their car free of charge within the exhibition centre in the designated area, subject to availability (it is not possible to reserve a space).

Car park is placed near the pavilion 16, dedicated to disability aids. Near the park a ticket office will be actived for entrance tickets purchase and control, and to register any accompanying persons.

  • Entrance and services for people arriving by taxi:

During the exhibition’s days a taxi service will be actived for disabled people, realised in collaboration with COTABO, subject to availability of vehicles.

In the presence of wheelchairs, the interested persons will have to report measures, including the seated person, so that they are compatible with  loading tools available by taxi: height 130cm – length 110 cm – width 72 cm – weight 300 kg.

There will be the possibility to request at the moment a priority taxi, calling +39 051 372525.

From April 15th to 21st, it will be possible to book a priority taxi call by dialing  +39 051 374300 (extension 3), Monday to Friday, from 8:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. and from 2:00 p.m. to 5:00 p.m. (on Fridays until 4:00 p.m.).

  • Electric vehicles rent at exhibition: during the exhibition there will be the possibility to rent electric vehicles for a more comfortable and easier experience. The service will be fre and by reservation: subject on availability. All district’s areas granted access. From 9 March to 10 April, you can contact vendite@bolognafiere.itindicating the day of your visit, time and place of arrival (Constitution Entrance, Calzoni Entrance).

 

Are there other available services for disabled people?

Nursery zone: a nursery zone will be available for disabled people in the pavilion 16.

No, it is not possible to request an invoice. The ticket is a tax document.

Exposanità 2026 takes place in Bologna Fair District from 22nd to 24th April 2026.

Guglielmo Marconi International Airport is directly connected to Bologna Railway Station by the Marconi Express shuttle.

By car

From Highways A1 (Milan, Florence, Rome) and A14 (Rimini, Ancona, Bari): exit at “BOLOGNA FIERA” motorway on highway A14 to reach pedestrian entrance Nord and Michelino multilevel Car Park (via Ondina Valla).

From Highway A13 (Ferrara, Padova, Venice): exit at “BOLOGNA ARCOVEGGIO” motorway, then ring road, exit 8 to reach pedestrian entrance Nord and Michelino multilevel Car Park (via Ondina Valla).

From downtown: pedestrian entrance Ovest Costituzione and Piazza Costituzione Car Park.

Train

From Bologna Railway Station (10 minutes from Bologna Exhibition Centre) bus lines 35  and 38 link the station to the Ovest pedestrian entrance Costituzione (Bus Stop: Fiera Palazzo Congressi).

On the website of the event it is possible to consult the program of conferences, workshops and seminars.

By clicking on the title of each event you can access the conference sheet where you can find specific information on how to participate, type of recognized training credits and detailed program. The training activities are for the most part free and the few paid ones are appropriately reported on the site.

Starting from the month of March on the Exposanità website will be published the Exhibitors Catalog which contains the list of companies present at the fair, constantly updated by the exhibitors’ secretariat with new adhesions until the date of the event.

The exhibition is for every healt, medical, technicals, managerial and assistance professionals, which in different ways works on the public and private sector:

Social workers, Head nurse, Caregiver, Administrative directorates, General directorates, Healt directorates, Technical directorates, Teachers, Administration, Pharmacists, Clinical engineering, IT Manager, Doctors, Social care workers, Social and health workers, Health professions, Designers, Purchasing managers, Sales e marketing managers, Production managers, Healthcare/Orthopaedic managers, Researchers, Students, Public Relations Office, Volunteers.

Moreover the exhibition is aimed in particular people with disabilities, the elderly, their carers and volunteers working in this sector.

Admission to the fair is subject to payment upon registration and it is necessary to have a ticket to access the event.

From mid-January until the last day of the event, the online ‘ticket office’ section will be active, where you can purchase your admission ticket.

Purchase your admission ticket online at the special rate of €15.00 (including IVA), valid until February 20, 2026.

From February 21, tickets will be available at a reduced price of €25.00 (including IVA) until March 20; from March 21, tickets will be available at a special price of €35.00 (including IVA) until the end of the event.

Tickets purchased online are valid as passes for the three days of the event and are not transferable to third parties.

Tickets can be purchased at the fair’s ticket offices during the event at the following prices:

€50.00 (including IVA) for a three-day pass

€35.00 (including IVA) for a one-day pass

Private citizens (caregivers/companions, persons with disabilities, volunteers) may visit the event free of charge.

To obtain a free admission ticket, simply fill out the form in the Ticket Office section of the website by March 13, 2026.

Starting March 1, 2026, an email will be sent to the address provided in the form with instructions on how to obtain the free admission ticket, which is valid as a pass for the three days of the event.

University students who wish to visit the event individually or in groups, can purchase, upon registration, their own entrance ticket at the reduced price of 20.00 (VAT included) by filling out the form in the “Ticket office” section of the website, no later than March 13, 2026.

Starting March 1, 2026, an email will be sent to the address provided in the form containing instructions on how to obtain the discounted admission ticket, which is valid as a pass for the three days of the event.

University students can also purchase their admission ticket at the discounted rate of €20.00 at the event ticket office by showing their university ID card or badge or any document certifying their enrollment at the university for the current academic year.

Groups of students enrolled in vocational training courses who wish to visit the event can purchase their tickets online at a reduced rate of €20.00 (including IVA) by filling out the form  in the “Ticket office” section of the website, no later than March 13, 2026.

Starting March 1, 2026, an email will be sent to the address provided in the form containing instructions on how to obtain the discounted admission ticket, which is valid as a pass for the three days of the event.

Accompanying teachers can follow the above instructions and enjoy the discounted admission price of €20.00.

Subject to verification of the address of study that is in line with our event, admission for school groups is free and reservation is required. Only the fifth year classes of secondary schools are admitted, accompanied by a teacher (one for every 10 students). The day dedicated to the participation of school groups is Wednesday, 22 April, 2026.

Interested schools must fill out the form for booking the visit, which can be downloaded shortly on our website in the “Ticket office” section by 13 March 2026 at the latest and send it to visitatori@exposanita.it.

The teacher will then receive instructions to download the access tickets for himself and his students.

Admission for journalists is free upon registration. A page will be activated within the ticket office and in the press section of the website where journalists can submit their accreditation requests. Then you will receive an e-mail containing the entrance ticket that must be downloaded and printed. This ticket, valid for all the days of the event, will allow him to enter the fair without going through the ticket offices.

Registration to request the ticket must be submitted by March 13, 2026.

The Press Office will be located on the 1st floor of the Service Center, block B and will be available to journalists every day of the event.

Admission to the fair for children under the age of 18 is free of charge. The parent or accompanying person of the minor must complete, at the ticket offices, the form of decline of responsibility.

During the three days of Exposanità, participants may collect their certificate of attendance from 3:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m. at the Organizing Secretariat, located in the Service Center – Block C, 1st floor.

Exposanità, in collaboration with the travel agency Bologna Welcome, offers exclusively to exhibitors and visitors particularly advantageous rates for trips with trains, trips with airlines and overnight stays in some hotels in the city.

Info Point, snack bar, self-service, à la carte restaurant, newspapers and tobacconists, first aid, pharmacy, banks and ATMs.

Dogs are only allowed if they are on a leash and wearing a muzzle or in a special carrier, with the exception of dogs assisting disabled persons, which are allowed access without restrictions.

Yes, the cloakroom/luggage storage is available at the Service Centre – Block A (ground floor) from the Constitution West Entrance. Single price per garment at 5,00 €.
